Composition:
Eucalyptus essential oil 3%
Rosemary essential oil 4%
Peppermint essential oil 3%
Mode of action:
Broncofum® is a combination of essential oils extracted from special herbs. The essential oils provide soothing and anti-stress properties. They improve appetite and natural defenses and cause comfort respiratory.
Menthol derived from Peppermint essential oil has topical anesthetic effect, facilitates breathing, dilates blood vessels, acts as relaxant and displays strong antiseptic action.
Substances contained in eucalyptus oil (such as 1,8-Cineole) act as bronchial relaxant, analgesic, also present strong antibacterial as well as antiviral properties.
Rosemary essential oil has active compounds with anti-stress and anti-oxidant properties. These substances are able to reduce stress pressure on nerve cells
Indications:
Broncofum® containing some especial essential oils is recommended for improvement of respiratory system and welfare of livestock and poultry.
Dosage and Administration:
Set the dispensers in the livestock sheds, away from combustible materials, out of reach of animals. Disconnect fire alarms and ventilations. Open the dose and light the fuse cotton wick. Leave premises before diffusion. Close the exit.
Recommended application use: three successive applications at the dose 0.5 g/m3.
Frequency: Minimal interval of 24 hours between applications. Start again ventilations at the end of the contact time.
Diffusion time: Contact time (ventilation stopped) from 15 up to 45 minutes depending on the breeding constraints.
Precautions:
Monitor changes in temperature in accordance with livestock constraints and start the fans again accordingly.
Storage:
Store in a dry ventilated area away from sources of ignition. Do not dump the product into the environment.
